Membership to Recognised Bodies

Shelter Zimbabwe is an active member of the Zimbabwe Property Developers Association (ZIPRODA) and the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI). We enjoy excellent relations with Local Authorities that we have established Joint Venture “Smart Partnership” arrangements, such as the City of Harare, Epworth Local Board, Ruwa Town Council and Marondera Town Council among others. We also participate in National and Local Government Housing Conventions; and we have good relations with the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works, and Urban Development, as well as the Ministry of National Housing.
