The project has a total of 160 residential stands under servicing.  

The project infrastructure shall have tarred access roads, with water reticulation and sewer shall be on septic tanks the development shall be connected to the existing power grid that supplies the current development

 A limited number of stands are still available for sale with stands measuring on average 1000 square metres each.
