The project has a total of 519 residential stands of which over 50% have already been sold with the project expected to be completed in 2024.

The project infrastructure shall have tarred access roads, with water and sewer reticulation and the development shall be connected to the existing power grid that supplies the current development

A number of stands are still available for stands measuring on average 200 square metres each.
