Adelaide Park Phase 3 Cluster Houses

The proposed project shall develop and construct a total of 244 cluster houses on stands measuring on average 1000 square meters each. The project infrastructure shall have tarred access roads with road markings and signage, with water reticulation with sewer on septic tanks. The development shall be connected to the existing power grid that supplies the current development.

The houses shall have an array of plans that shall be constructed and clients shall have the opportunity to choose from them but should one elect to have an independent plan, we shall cost the works and provide the construction services
