Adelaide Park Phase 2

The project has a total of 730 residential stands of which 235 have already been fully serviced and commissioned with an additional 265 stands to be completed by the end of August 2023.

The project infrastructure shall have tarred access roads, with water and sewer  reticulation and the development shall be connected to the existing power grid that supplies the current development

A limited number of stands are still available for stands measuring on average 1000 square meters each.
